Bio Maltento Umbricelli with norcina sauce, typical of the Umbria region
Let the sausage fry with some onion and extra virgin olive oil, simmer with white wine until reduced and add some salt. Pour the fresh cream in the pan (or some ricotta cheese). Cook the pasta in salted water. Then add the ingredients to the pasta and add some fresh truffle on top. You can also add parmesan cheese and some parsley. Top tip: don’t open the Umbricelli in the water, let them become soft while cooking before stirring.
