Casarecce Bio Maltento with zucchini cream
Stir-fry the zucchini with oil and garlic, then mix it with black pepper or chili pepper, salt, basil, grated cheese and a table spoon of cream cheese. Finish cooking the pasta into the cream obtained. You can also add some smoked bacon, browned in a pan, or some red prawns.
