Wild- blackberry jam tart

For the shortcrust pastry

- 700 g Bio Maltento durum wheat semolina

- 200 g brown sugar

- 180 ml seed oil

- 3 eggs

- 1 teaspoon baking powder (16g)

- Lemon zest and two oranges Mix the ingredients following the sequence and let the shortcrust rest.

Bake it for 40 minutes in a ventilated oven at 160/170°

Top tip: work the shortcrust pastry with some parchment paper and then cover it with the same paper during the baking, in order to obtain a crumbly and tasty tart.
