Matteo Bicchielli and Ilenia Bicchielli, brother and sister, in 2019 decided to start a new era of their family-run company, which has been cultivating the fields in harmony with the nature and the environment for years.
Matteo combined his natural gift and a great passion for the land with an agricultural background; thanks to the experience of his father Stefano and his grandfather Alessio, he personally follows all the stages of the cultivation cycle.
Ilenia, who works in social sciences, is a great lover of healthy food, and devotes herself to the second stage the business, the transformation of primary materials for the production of pasta and its derivatives
