We select the varieties of wheat which best fit our lands. The choice of the seeds and the great
attention to the cultivation cycle directly followed by our family strongly characterizes our
company Bio Maltento, and it is also at the core of our philosophy. Working directly on our own
property fields and taking care of the stages of planting and harvesting are essential to us, in order
to have a functional observation on the growing of our business, in terms of quality of the raw
material used.
In this new phase of business renewal, the wish to attest our principles and values which have
always represented our family-run business led us to the decision to convert our products to organic
farming. Through the ICEA certification, we are doing our best to reach and complete this
transformation, in order to develop and realize a protocol based on sustainability, ethical
approaches, respect for nature and the environment.
We know our land and what it provides us, therefore we make the most of its natural fertility, by
choosing to respect it. What comes from our fields goes directly to our plates in a responsible way.
